Summary Juergen Bruns Trainer, Coach, Consultant Project Planning

For more than 30 years, Juergen Bruns is involved in Project Planning and Project Management.
The first 25 years of his career he worked as an employee in leading positions in international business.
Since 1999 he runs his own training and consulting company and has consulted with a lot of well known organizations to establish effective project management practices. This includes both private and public-sector organizations spanning many industries, working with all levels of staff members from project teams to senior executives.
Juergen continues to consult and train with organizations with one mission on mind: optimizing the application of project management customized to meet each organization’s unique requirements.
Examples of work included developing project management offices (PMOs), project management organizations, methodologies, processes and custom PM systems to support a variety of application areas.
Juergen is currently sole shareholder, CEO and senior consultant for Fenix Projektconsulting  GmbH.
Prior to founding  Fenix Projectconsulting GmbH in 1999 he used to work as CEO for a German manufacturer of diesel power plants, director international operations for a Japanese-German manufacturer of construction machinery and finally as CEO for a German manufacturer of asphalt mixing plants.
In all of these positions he was strongly involved in international project management and responsible for Million Dollar projects and managing international project teams.
Juergen graduated as Betriebswirt (VWA) [Bachelor of Business Administration] from the Leipniz Academy, Hannover. He is a member of PMI and fluent with A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). He passed the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam and the Exam as Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) for MS Project, Managing Projects.
Juergen continues to work with organizations around the world to implement successful project-management solutions by applying proven techniques.
